Scary thought, blogging one's thoughts, exposing my poor spelling and writing skills to the all too cruel anonymous world and the all too cruel non anonymous people in my life....and you know who you are.
Have no purpose so far for this blog and have no aspirations for strangers to see it. Most likely will use it to keep my adult children posted on my goings on and use it for a way to share pictures and other useful information.
If you do stumble onto my site, please forgive the title friend of Peltier. While aware and concerned for his wrongful imprisonment and embarrassed for my country over this injustice, I make no claims to be working earnestly towards freeing this poor man. The name arose one day out of anger on another blog and was used to bring someone's outrage over a lessor perceived injustice to light.

Fragment g, I love your new blog. You are truly a friend of Peltier. I hear he can't spell either.
But he certainly has been up the river for a spell. It is high time for somebody to pardon this poor man
I just googled Peltier, so your blog is a good way for your adult children (like me!) to see what you are up to and you might teach us something too.. Isn't blogging the best?
Well.'ve only been blogging for about 10 minutes now so it is hard to tell.
Yes indeed you can stay up crying all night by just googling Leonard Peltier's name and reading about his situation.
There is also much music out there to support him.
Try Robbie Robertson, Buffy Saint Marie, and Buggin Malone (great native american rapper) for starters
